| Factory reset (Hard reset) | Find the reset button on the back panel of the router. It is actually a reset ‘hole’ so you will need a sharp object to press it down – a paper clip would do the job. Press and hold the button down for 10 seconds then release. Wait 30 seconds for the reboot process to finish. Your router is now set back to it’s default settings. |
