| Factory reset (Hard reset) | Power On the router and locate the reset button on the rear panel of the device. Since this model has 4 different versions you might need to experiment a bit to get the reset to work. If your reset button is labeled just RESET – try pressing it for 5 seconds. If the button is labeled WPS/RESET – press it and hold for more than 5 seconds. If that doesn’t work – try pressing the reset button for between 8 and 10 seconds. |
